Toronto, ON – Sept. 27, 2022 – SeamlessMD, a leading Digital Care Journey platform for hospitals and health systems today announced the promotion of Yolanda Ho to Director, People & Operations effective immediately.
In this role, Yolanda Ho will lead the people and operations function to build a high performing organization and world-class employee experience. Yolanda will support the company’s goals and be responsible for all talent acquisition and employee retention strategies, as well as organizational culture initiatives including providing professional leadership and guidance. She will continue to report to Dr. Joshua Liu, CEO and Co-founder and join the executive leadership team.
Ho joined the organization four years ago and throughout her tenure she has demonstrated that she is a result-oriented human resources leader passionate about maximizing human potential. She has significantly contributed to the growth of the organization through effective talent acquisition, retention strategies and operational excellence. Through her efforts the company has built a culture of transparency that honors diversity, equity, and inclusion, resulting in the organization being named on multiple Best Places to Work lists for Women, in Healthcare, in Technology and in Canada.
